Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Remake.House (“Remake.House”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Remake.Housewebsite, applications, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes it.

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it: keep your sign-in method secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly via the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim account identifiers at our reasonable discretion.

2. What the Service does

Remake.House uses third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate photorealistic redesign visualizations from photos you upload — interiors, building exteriors, and gardens. Outputs are visualizations, not professional advice: they are not architectural drawings, engineering plans, planting schemes, building permits, or any other professional deliverable, and they may contain errors, artifacts, or physically impossible details. Always consult qualified professionals before making construction, renovation, or purchase decisions.

AI output is inherently variable. We do not guarantee that any particular generation will be accurate, structurally faithful to your photo, or fit for a particular purpose, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

• Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Credits. Plans include a monthly credit quota. One credit corresponds to one generated image, and upscales cost credits per quality level. Credits are consumed when you submit a generation, because the computing cost is incurred immediately. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Failed generations. If our provider fails to produce a result or a job times out, the credits for that job are returned automatically. Credits are not returned because you dislike a result — re-generating with different settings is the intended workflow.
• Credit packs, where offered, are one-time purchases subject to the same consumption rules and any stated validity period.
• Price changes.We may change prices with at least 14 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Taxes (VAT, sales tax) may be added where required.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: consumed credits are non-refundable.

4. Free preview

The homepage offers a limited, watermarked preview without an account. Preview images are temporary, are deleted on a short schedule, and may not be used commercially. We may rate-limit, change, or withdraw the preview at any time.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload (“Inputs”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and process your Inputs solely to operate and provide the Service — including transmitting them to the AI providers that perform generation and content moderation. We do not use your Inputs to train our own models.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to the Inputs you upload, including for photos of property you do not own;
• your Inputs and your use of the Service comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including privacy laws where people are identifiable in a photo.

6. Generated images

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we assign to you all our right, title, and interest in the images generated from your Inputs (“Outputs”). Plans differ in permitted use:

• Starter: personal, non-commercial use.
• Pro and Studio: commercial use included — e.g. client presentations, real-estate listings (with the disclosure requirements in the Acceptable Use Policy), and marketing of your own services.

Because of the nature of AI, similar inputs and styles can produce similar outputs for other users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness, and any assignment is limited accordingly. The legal status of AI-generated images (including copyright protection) varies by jurisdiction and is not guaranteed by us.

7. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Automated moderation screens uploads; repeated attempts to process prohibited content may lead to suspension without refund.

8. Our intellectual property and feedback

The Service — including software, design, prompts, branding, and content other than your Inputs and Outputs — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties — AI model providers, hosting, storage, authentication, e-mail, and payment processors. Their availability affects ours, and payment is additionally subject to the processor’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy), if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service — in the last case we will give reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination for your breach, unused credits are forfeited; otherwise Sections 5–6 (content), 11 (disclaimers), 12 (liability), and 13 (disputes) survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; AND (b) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR INTENT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR — FOR EU CONSUMERS — YOUR MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

13. Indemnification

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms — except to the extent caused by our own breach.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of our country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside (for EU/EEA and UK consumers, you keep the protections of your home law and may bring proceedings in your home courts). For US customers, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis — class actions are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice (e-mail or in-product) at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the changes take effect.
