Refund Policy

The short version: purchases are non-refundable, because every generation incurs real computing costs with our AI providers the moment you submit it, and administering accounts and payments costs money from the moment of purchase. Below is the full policy, including what is returned to your balance automatically.
1. Why spent credits can’t be refunded
When you generate or upscale an image, Remake.House immediately pays for GPU compute at third-party AI providers. That cost is incurred whether or not you like the result — and taste is exactly what the product lets you explore. Re-generating with a different style, colors, or notes is the intended workflow, not a defect.
2. What is returned automatically
- Failed generations:if the AI provider returns an error or a job times out, the credits for that job are released back to your balance automatically — you don’t need to ask.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges or amounts charged in error are refunded in full — contact us via the contact page.
3. Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access — and your remaining credits — until the end of the paid period.
- We do not provide refunds for renewals, prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, or refunds for credits left unspent at the end of a cycle. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal you do not want.
4. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are final once purchased. You buy a pack knowing exactly what it contains, your credits are made available immediately, and payment processing and provisioning costs are incurred at the moment of purchase — so packs are not refundable, whether or not the credits have been spent. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate supply of the service and acknowledge that the purchase is final.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory law — including statutory remedies for services not supplied as agreed. If the Service is genuinely faulty (not merely a result you dislike), contact us and we will make it right with re-runs, credits, or a refund as the law requires.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved within a couple of days. Chargebacks filed on legitimately delivered services may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
